For Grown-ups

What a visit here includes, and where the stories come from.

No accounts

kids.yoga.org does not create child accounts, does not ask for a birthday, and does not build a child profile. A guest visit is the whole experience. There are no comments, no uploads, no cameras, and no messages between visitors.

No scores

When the site celebrates trying, exploring, or noticing, that is never a score of a child's body, flexibility, or a "correct" pose. There is no leaderboard.

No ads on these pages

These pages do not run ads. Episode 1 plays here. Chapters 2–18 open on the cartoon Gita, another yoga.org page. You can print three coloring pages from Color. The bookstore link is only for the book.

Where the stories come from

Ryin Amber Lokietz

Namaste Yoga: Easy Coloring Book for Toddlers (Amazon ASIN B0HL9RF723). This site shows the public title, a short description, the creator's name, and a link to buy the book. It does not reprint the pages inside the book. See Color.

Kids Gita

Episode 1 is a finished story, with motion, voice, and captions. Chapters 2–18 are picture previews, not finished episodes. See Kids Gita.

Learning packs

Meet Your Mountain, Gentle Hands, and Notice One Thing were written for this site. A grown-up stays close. Each pack has a coloring page you can print. The pictures are stories, not a teacher's approval of a pose.
